Friday, July 21, 2023
12:20pm departure from OKC on a nonstop Southwest flight to Reagan National Airport, arriving at 4:05pm. Collect the bags and board the motorcoach for the transfer into the District of Columbia for a panoramic tour of the federal buildings and dinner in a local restaurant. Continue to the hotel for check-in and overnight.

Saturday, July 22, 2023
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning visit to Old Town Alexandria, including Historic Christ Church. After lunch on own, take a guided tour of Washington, DC, including Embassy Row and Arlington National Cemetery. Free time in the District, then have dinner as a group before returning to the hotel for overnight.

Sunday, July 23, 2023
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Washington National Cathedral to prepare for the Holy Eucharist. Afterwards, visit Georgetown for lunch on own and some free time before attending the Evensong. Once the services at the Cathedral conclude, have dinner together as a group, then take a guided nighttime tour of the monuments on the National Mall. Return to the hotel for overnight.

Monday, July 24, 2023
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by hotel check-out. Enjoy a few hours at a Smithsonian Museum, then transfer to Reagan National Airport. Depart at 3:00pm on a nonstop Southwest flight to OKC, arriving at 5:00pm.

Tour Price 

  • $1,095 per person in quad occupancy
  • $1,145 per person in triple occupancy
  • $1,245 per person in double occupancy
  • $1,540 per person in single occupancy


Payment Schedule

  • $500 due with registration
  • Balance due will be invoiced and is due by Sunday, June 11, 2023

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • $2 million Travel Liability Insurance (note: this is not individual travel insurance)


Tour Exclusions

  • Meals en route, on own, or otherwise not mentioned above
  • Expenses of a personal nature (snacks, souvenirs, cleaning, etc.)
  • Transfers to and from OKC Airport
  • Trip protection/cancellation insurance
  • Any item not specifically included above
