Current Itinerary (subject to change)

Friday, July 21, 2023
12:20pm departure from OKC on a nonstop Southwest flight to Reagan National Airport, arriving at 4:05pm. Collect the bags and board the motorcoach for the transfer into the District of Columbia for a panoramic tour of the federal buildings and dinner in a local restaurant. Continue to the hotel for check-in and overnight.

Saturday, July 22, 2023
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning rehearsal (location TBD) for the residency. After lunch on own, take a guided tour of Washington, DC, including Embassy Row and Arlington National Cemetery. Free time in the District, then have dinner as a group before returning to the hotel for overnight.

Sunday, July 23, 2023
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Washington National Cathedral to prepare for the Holy Eucharist. Afterwards, enjoy a catered lunch and relax before singing the Evensong. Once the services at the Cathedral conclude, head to Georgetown for a bit of free time and shopping, then on to dinner and a guided nighttime tour of the monuments on the National Mall. Return to the hotel for overnight.

Monday, July 24, 2023
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by hotel check-out. Enjoy a few hours at a Smithsonian Museum, then transfer to Reagan National Airport. Depart at 3:00pm on a nonstop Southwest flight to OKC, arriving at 5:00pm.

Tour Price

  • $950 per person in quad occupancy
  • $1,000 per person in triple occupancy
  • $1,099 per person in double occupancy
  • $1,394 per person in single occupancy


Payment Schedule

  • $200 per person due by Sunday, January 15, 2023
  • $300 per person due by Sunday, March 26, 2023
  • Balance due by Sunday, June 4, 2023
 

Cancellation Schedule

  • $200 deposit is nonrefundable
  • Entire trip is nonrefundable beginning June 5, 2023

  • Roundtrip airfare from OKC to Washington DC
  • Private motor coach transportation while on tour
  • 3 nights hotel in a suburban 3* hotel
  • 3 breakfast at the hotel
  • 1 lunch
  • 3 dinners
  • 2 guided tours of Washington, DC
  • $2 million Travel Liability Insurance (note: this is not individual travel insurance)


Tour Exclusions

  • Meals en route, on own, or otherwise not mentioned above
  • Expenses of a personal nature (snacks, souvenirs, cleaning, etc.)
  • Transfers to and from OKC Airport
  • Trip protection/cancellation insurance
  • Any item not specifically included above
