Current Itinerary (subject to change)
Wednesday April 3
Early morning departure on a connecting Southwest flight from Sky Harbor to LaGuardia. On arrival, collect the luggage and transfer by chartered motor coach to the Times Square-area hotel. Dinner and entertainment at Ellen’s Stardust Diner with free time in Times Square afterwards. Overnight at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.
Thursday April 4
Walk to the Hard Rock Café Times Square for breakfast, then continue by subway to Lower Manhattan. Visit the 9/11 Memorial and Freedom Tower, with lunch on own in Brookfield Place. If time allows, visit Trinity Church Wall Street, the final resting place of Alexander Hamilton. Return to Times Square for dinner, followed by an evening festival rehearsal at the hotel.
Friday April 5
Breakfast at Hard Rock Café Times Square. Walk to Rockefeller Center for a visit to the “Top of the Rock.” Lunch on own, followed by an afternoon festival rehearsal at the hotel. Dinner in Times Square area. Attend a Broadway show TBD.
Saturday April 6
Breakfast at Hard Rock Café Times Square. Walk to Central Park for some free time there and at the nearby Park Avenue shops, with lunch on own. Return to the hotel to change for the concert. Walk to Carnegie Hall for rehearsal and sound check. Dinner on own during the break before the concert. Perform at Carnegie Hall! A post-concert reception will follow before returning to the hotel.
Sunday April 7
Breakfast at Hard Rock Café Times Square. Return to the hotel for check out and load the luggage on the bus. Transfer to Battery Park for the Statue Cruise, which will visit Liberty Island and Ellis Island. Lunch on own. Afternoon transfer to LaGuardia for the connecting flights on Southwest back to PHX.

- $2,275 per chaperone/guest in double occupancy
- $2,775 per chaperone/guest in single occupancy

- $250 per person due by August 25, 2023, non-refundable
- $350 per person due by September 22, 2023, non-refundable
- $450 per person due by November 17, 2023, non-refundable
- $500 per person due by January 19, 2024, possibly partially refundable
- Balance due by February 16, 2024, non-refundable

- $2 million Travel Liability Insurance (note: this is not individual travel insurance)

- Expenses of a personal nature (snacks, souvenirs, cleaning, etc.)
- Transfers to and from PHX
- Trip protection/cancellation insurance
- Any item not specifically included above
