Thursday, February 6, 2025
Afternoon departure from Red Mountain High School. Drive to Flagstaff and check in to the Embassy Suites Hotel. Transfer to Black Bart’s Steakhouse for dinner and a Musical Revue, including songs from Broadway, Disney, 60s and 70s, and much more! Return to the hotel for overnight.
Friday, February 7, 2025
Have breakfast at the hotel and then take a guided tour of the Museum of Northern Arizona. Transfer to Ardrey Auditorium on the NAU Campus to attend the High Altitude concert. Lunch on own, then change and prepare for the madrigal performance. Have dinner as a group and attend the host concert featuring Shrine of the Ages and The Real Group. Return to the hotel for overnight.
Saturday, February, 2025
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and board the motorcoach to drive to Williams. Enjoy 2 hours of snow tubing and a ride on the mountain coaster at Canyon Coaster Adventure Park. Have lunch on own in Williams, then continue to the Grand Canyon National Park. Return to Mesa with a stop in Flagstaff for dinner on own. Late night arrival at Red Mountain High School.
Tour Price
- $475 per student
- $550 for adults in double occupancy
- $700 per adult in single occupancy
Payment Schedule
- $200 due December 6, 2024
- Balance due January 17, 2025
Cancellation Schedule
- $100 non-refundable through January 17, 2025
- From January 18, 2025, all tour payments are non-refundable
Tour Inclusions
- Roundtrip transportation via charter luxury motorcoach
- 2 night stay at Embassy Suites Flagstaff, including full breakfast
- Participation in the Jazz/Mad Festival, including attendance at two concerts
- 2 dinners
- Entrance to Museum of Northern Arizona, Canyon Coaster Adventure Park, and Grand Canyon National Park
- All gratuities to drivers and service staff
